Add your medical appointments and view upcoming and past appointments.
If your hospital is also using PKB you will be able to view any appointments they have made for you.

Journal
Keep a note of individual seizures to help you and your wider support group and your clinical team understand the details around your/your child’s epilepsy.
This could include any relevant information, triggers or activities, or how you/your child were feeling. You can also upload videos or recordings of the seizure here.
You can Copy and Paste the below into your journal entry as a guide to describe each seizure, if it is different to the normal seizure types you are monitoring in your self-management plan:
- Seizure duration
- Seizure triggers
- Description of the seizure
- What happened after the seizure
- Other information about the seizure or the day.
