Charlie Walker

I am Charlie and I am 21 years old. I was diagnosed with Lennox Gastaut Syndrome when I was 2 ½ years old. I have always had problems with seizures right the way through school. I have absence seizures daily and  tonic clonic are hardly ever now. I have a VNS which is really helping with my seizures. I am leaving college in July and I would like to become more independent in the future as I have found it quite hard to identify my support needs when I leave college and move on. I am hoping that by being part of the Young Reps I will learn and spread the word about epilepsy and help others identify support needs so as they can have a smoother transition.
