Miriam Stoppard, OBE - doctor and agony agent

Miriam Stoppard, OBE is an author, television presenter and agony aunt. Dr Miriam Stoppard appeared at the 2013 Young Epilepsy Champions Awards to present the Professional Champion, Social Care award, giving recognition to social care professionals who regularly go the extra mile for the people they work with.

She has also helped to raise awareness of the condition by writing about epilepsy in her health column in the Daily Mirror.
