Our health editors

Young Epilepsy is a trusted source of health information for children and young people with epilepsy, their families, schools, and healthcare professionals. Our health editors are experts in their field and make sure our information is up-to-date, relevant, honest, and easy to digest for children and young people with epilepsy.

Our health experts create PIF-TICK approved content, the UK's only independently assessed certification for both print and digital health information. This means the information:

  • is based on the latest evidence and up to date
  • involves children and young people with epilepsy and their parents or carers
  • is checked by epilepsy nurses or doctors
  • is accessible and easy to understand.
