You can help

By understanding what to do when I am having a seizure, you’re helping to keep me safe

Choose your seizure film

Helping them get it

Together with other young people living with epilepsy, we’ve created short films that help you explain your seizures and how you want to be supported. Whether you're opening up to friends, explaining things at school, or helping someone get what epilepsy means to you - these films are here to help.

These films are designed to make conversations easier and clearer, showing:

  • Not all seizures look the same
  • This is the kind of seizure I have
  • Here’s what to look out for
  • And this is how you can help me

When people get what your seizures are like, they’re more likely to support you properly. And that can change everything.

Together, we can do more.

Ways you can get involved

Give it a 💜 and a share

The more you like, comment, and tag your friends, the more people get to see these films. And that means more people learning that seizures don’t all look the same - but they can make a difference.

Let’s talk about it

These films are here to help you talk about your epilepsy when the words are hard to fine. Whether it’s your family, your friends, your teachers, your medical team - let’s start talking about what it is like for you and how they can help.

Be part of what’s next

We’re putting together a toolkit to help you create your own video, if that feels right for you. It’s all about your voice, your story, your way. You’re the expert on your own epilepsy. We’re just here to help you share your experience, in whatever way works best for you.
