Epilepsy support in London

Our Children in Need funded project provides additional help for children and young people (aged 10-18) with epilepsy living in the capital.

Our experienced support worker, Alex provides information and support on a one-to-one basis to young people and their families, helping them come to terms with the challenges the condition can bring. He can also work with schools to ensure they understand epilepsy and provide appropriate support.

Alex organises activities throughout the year to bring groups of children and young people and their families together and share experiences.

I wanted to thank you for the support you are offering my patient. Her epilepsy is well controlled and the main aspect of her management is around her emotional and independence skills which you are supporting so well!
Dr Ximena Poblete, Consultant Paediatrician
