Philip Martin Brown - actor

Philip was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy when he was just 19 years old. He is an ambassador for Young Epilepsy and has undertaken numerous interviews talking about his epilepsy including ITV’s Daybreak and in The Sun helping us to raise much needed awareness of the condition.

Best known for his role in the BBC hit series as Mr Grantley Budgen, Philip has been a keen fundraiser and even hosted a Waterloo Road party to help raise money to support children and young people with epilepsy, where he was joined by fellow cast members including Georgie Glenn, Melanie Hill, Shane O'Meara and Abbey Mavers.
