The Leeds Half Marathon is Yorkshire’s biggest and probably loudest event of its kind.
This is an event that truly is for everyone, so whether you are an experienced runner or have never thought about running an event before, we welcome all abilities to join us in 2023 for this very special event.
Come and be part of Scotland's BIGGEST running festival! This ever-growing festival of running is now a major event in the Scottish sporting calendar. Starting in Edinburgh, the course heads out through East Lothian offering stunning views and an unforgettable running experience. The marathon route is one of the fastest in the UK making that elusive personal best a distinct possibility! Edinburgh Marathon joined the world's elite road races in 2012 by becoming the first marathon in Scotland to be officially recognised by the IAAF, the athletics governing body. The IAAF bronze label puts the race among the top 75 in the world making it a pivotal part of the sporting calendar for runners.
The Leeds 10K has become the highlight of the city’s running calendar; a hugely popular, inclusive and superbly-supported race for participants of all abilities. Throughout the route that takes in many of the city’s historic landmarks, crowds come out in force. A fantastic atmosphere and friendly volunteers make the event unforgettable for all.
This picturesque course takes you running through the stunning grounds of Wimbledon Common to cover the Half Marathon distance. Each mile is accurately marked out with sign posts and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. You will each get a unique Wimbledon themed Medal and finishers t-shirt.

The York 10K offers runners the unique opportunity to race through the heart of this wonderful city. The route starts and finishes in Knavesmire Road, close to York Racecourse. It then takes in some of the city’s most historic landmarks, including the ancient city walls, Clifford’s Tower and the minster. The atmosphere will be electric from start to finish.
