Young Epilepsy is the only UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our busy HR department. The HR team provides support to over 650 employees working in a diverse range of roles, so every day is different. In this key role you will support, coach and partner assigned client directorates in the implementation of their people plans, providing expertise in all areas of HR.
You will work closely with senior managers and their client teams to identify appropriate HR interventions and solutions that are aligned to the overall aims and objectives of the organisation.
You will also work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and Leadership and Engagement teams to design and implement leadership development programmers and engagement and retention strategies.
This is a varied role, and you will also manage an employee relations caseload, providing expert HR advice to ensure cases are managed in accordance with legislation and best practice.

• CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
• Previous experience in providing advice to senior managers
• Be confident in tackling a wide range of complex HR issues
