Working with partners

The Epilepsy and Related Conditions (Education and Health Services) Bill 2010-11 - help us press the Prime Minister for epilepsy support
A Ten Minute Rule Bill to require the Government to produce a proper epilepsy plan for England and Wales has its second reading in the House of Commons on 4 March 2012. Please join our campaign with the Joint Epilepsy Council. We are pressing the Government to give the Bill a chance to become law by allocating proper Parliamentary discussion time for it. You can write direct to Prime Minister David Cameron to make your point.

The Tandridge Confederation
The Tandridge Confederation in Surrey were the first organisation to work closely with us in establishing the Champions for Childhood Epilepsy Campaign education pilot. Their enthusiasm and commitment allowed Young Epilepsy to develop and test a truly effective, affordable and practical model of best practice that can improve outcomes for students with epilepsy and be followed by schools across the country. The Champions Campaign Education Pilot Report sets out this important partnership work in more detail.
The alliance supported the Private Members’ Bill put forward by Jim Cunningham MP in May 2009.
Working with professional associations and trades unions
