Your priorities for epilepsy research

The Top Ten priorities were developed following a nationwide consultation process involving the epilepsy community. Of the 5,000 survey responses that were submitted, the largest number came from people living with epilepsy (55% of responses).

The results of the Priority Setting Partnership will enable the epilepsy community to:

  • Carry out research that matters most to people affected by epilepsy
  • Fund research based on evidenced priorities
  • Drive collaborations with associated condition charities
  • Generate the evidence needed to influence government and institutional funders to fairly fund epilepsy research
