Young Epilepsy director trio complete triathlon for charity

Three of Young Epilepsy’s directors raised the charity’s flag on Sunday, 10 September by taking part in the Woburn Abbey Triathlon event in Bedfordshire.

Director of Business Development Tim Moore, Director of Programme Improvement and Governance Paul Keenleyside and Director of Fundraising and External Affairs Vicki Kennedy swam, cycled and ran respectively.

Vicki Kennedy said:

The physical challenge we endured was nothing compared to the adversity some of the young people we support experience day in, day out.

The Woburn Abbey Triathlon is set in one of the most spectacular locations in Bedfordshire. One of the UK’s most loved triathlons, it has become famed for its iconic venue and unrivalled family experience. Highlights of the event include stunning views of the Abbey and deer park, great event village and the stunning cycle route through the picturesque roads surrounding Woburn. Last weekend's event was the tenth they hosted.
